BIOMS TO PARTICIPATE IN SPECIALITY PANEL SESSION AT BIOFINANCE 2008

Edmonton, Alberta, May 1, 2008 - BioMS Medical Corp (TSX: MS), a leading developer in the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS), today announced that Mr. Kevin Giese, President and CEO, BioMS Medical and Buu Le Lien, Senior Manager, Corporate Business Development, Eli Lilly and Company, will take part in a speciality panel session at BioFinance 2008 in Toronto entitled “Anatomy of a Deal - BioMS Medical and Eli Lilly and Company.”

Also participating in the panel session will be Nitin Kaushal, Managing Director, Desjardins Securities andJeremy Webster, Executive Vice President & Director, Deloitte & Touche. The moderator for the session will be Cheryl Reicin, Partner, Torys LLP.
